Forgot Your Password? Password Expired??

Have you completed the OKTA Authentication process?

  1. Go to the MCC website, (https://www.mccnh.edu/). 
  2. Within the grey bar at the top of the webpage, click on Current Students.
  3. Click on the Apps Portal link at the top of the webpage.
  4. Scroll down to below the blue Sign In button and click on the link - Need Help Signing In?  
  5. Follow the prompts to reset your password. 
If that doesn't work then
  1. Go to the MCC website, (https://www.mccnh.edu/).
  2. Within the grey bar at the top of the webpage, click on Current Students.
  3. Scroll down to the Important Links section and click on the IT Helpdesk Link.
  4. Click on the EASY Button
  5. Provide your EasyLogin username and click on Continue. 
  6. Identify which personal email address you wish to have your verification code sent to. 
  7. Access that personal email account, find the verification code and enter it on the EasyLogin password reset screen. 
  8. If you don't receive the email within a minute, make sure to check your spam and trash folders for emails ending in @ccsnh.edu. 
  9. Complete the steps and setup a new password.
