Library Online Resources & Login Problems
Occasionally students who take or have taken classes at multiple NH Community College campuses may experience login problems when accessing MCC Library Online Resources even though they can access other applications like Canvas, Webmail and SIS.
If this happens, try...
- Clearing your browsers cache and cookies and try to access the online resources again.
- Try dedicating one browser to one campus and a separate browser for the other campus
If neither of the solutions work, then please take a screen shot of the error and email the screen shot to the Library Staff at email@example.com. They work with the Chancellor's Office Tech Team to resolve the problem.
