The MCC IT Helpdesk is a resource for all MCC students, faculty and staff for technology-related problems, questions or suggestions.
Official Helpdesk Hours:
Upon acceptance to the college or registration for classes, an email from the Community College System of NH (CCSNH) will be sent to your personal email account(s). The email contains your EasyLogin username and CCSNH student email address. The email also contains the instructions to create a password and activate your EasyLogin Account.
If you do NOT receive the CCSNH email, please contact the MCC Helpdesk at email@example.com. Or you can call the Helpdesk at (603) 206-8080.
Go to the EasyLogin Portal at https://passwordstu.ccsnh.edu/showLogin.cc and click on the Reset Password link.
If unsuccessful, then please contact the MCC Helpdesk by email - firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone - (603) 206-8080 to request assistance.
