Zoom is a video conferencing utility that includes screen-sharing and recording features, and it can be accessed via your Course Navigation Menu.
- All faculty and staff are automatically provided with a licensed, Zoom Pro account.
- A Zoom Pro account will permit your meetings to have a duration greater than 40 minutes to a total time of 24 hours.
- One way to check your account status is to go to https://canvas.zoom.us / sign-in / click the far upper-right head-and-shoulders icon (or your picture if you’ve uploaded that to Zoom) / “Licensed” or “Basic" will be indicated.
