Are You Having Trouble Logging In?
If your EasyLogin is not working for Canvas, SIS, and your college email or you do not remember your password, you have several options:
- Change your password yourself by clicking on the Change your password link in the Student Online Services section of the Current Student Resources webpage and then click on Reset Password; supply your EasyLogin Username and answer your security questions.
- Or if you are not successful, visit the IT Helpdesk located in the Library/Learning Commons, call the Helpdesk at (603) 206-8080 or open a help desk ticket using the https://www.mccnh.edu/helpdesk webpage.
If your EasyLogin works for Canvas, SIS and your college email and you are only having a problem accessing library resources:
- Please alert the staff at the MCC Library service desk or contact the library. (See the Contact a Librarian box on this page.)
- If you cannot reach library staff, please request help at http://mccnh.edu/helpdesk. Include a screen shot with your email to help identify the problem.
Are You Having Trouble with Printing?
If your EasyLogin is not working for printing, please check with the IT help desk staff at the end of the main MCC Library service desk, call (603) 206-8080 or open a help desk ticket at http://mccnh.edu/helpdesk
At this time, wireless printing is not available. You can email print jobs to yourself and print from the MCC Library computers. More information about printing.
